How can I check the status of my Custom Experience?
Access the “Your Experiences” section in your profile. If a green “Published” button with two ticks is visible, your Experience has been reviewed and is live and bookable.
What does it mean if my Experience is listed as a 'draft'?
If your Experience is listed as a "draft," it means that it is currently incomplete, still being worked on, or has been returned by the LocalBini team with suggestions for improvement. To proceed, ensure that you complete all the required fields and submit the Experience for further review.
What does it mean if my Experience is “Under Review”?
When your Experience is "Under Review," it means that the LocalBini team is actively reviewing and evaluating it. They are taking the time to assess the quality, accuracy, and alignment with LocalBini guidelines.
How can I check if my Experience is reviewed?
To check if your Experience has been reviewed, go back to the "Your Experiences" section in your profile. If you see a green "Published" button with two ticks next to your Experience, it means that your Experience has been reviewed, approved, and is now live and bookable by Travellers.
Is it possible to unlist my Experience?
Yes, you can unlist your Experience by clicking the "unlist" option on your Experience page. This will not affect pending requests or upcoming Experiences but will make it invisible to the public and prevent new bookings.
Please keep in mind that this does not mean that “Pending Requests'' and “Upcoming Experiences” will be cancelled. You need to respect and fulfil the existing Bookings.
It simply means that your Experience is no longer visible to the public, and that there is no possibility of new bookings.
Can I modify an approved and listed Experience?
Yes, you can edit your Experience even after it has been listed. Click EDIT on your Experience page, make the changes, and submit them for review by the LocalBini team.
Note: The old version of your Experience remains online until the submitted new version is reviewed and approved by the LocalBini team. Any existing bookings under the older version are still valid and you are still bound by the Terms & Conditions of the original Booking and you need to fulfil the already existing Bookings.
